We collect several categories of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Services:

• Image & Avatar Data (Sensitive Personal Data): Photos of clothing and accessories, and reference photos of your face used to generate your digital avatar and virtual try-ons. Because our avatar feature uses facial mapping, this data may be classified as sensitive or biometric personal data under applicable law, and is handled with the additional safeguards described in Section 5.
• Usage Data: Information on how the Service is accessed and used, device information, and browser type.
• Marketing & Analytics Data: Aggregated or anonymized usage patterns used to understand engagement and improve the Services. We do not use your images or Avatar Data for marketing purposes without your separate, explicit consent.
• Data Storage: Data collected through the Services, including images and Avatar Data, is stored on secure servers. We may engage third-party processors located in other jurisdictions strictly to operate the Services (see Section 4), subject to appropriate contractual data-protection safeguards.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for various purposes, including:

• To provide, maintain, and personalize the AI styling features of the Services.
• To process and generate outfit combinations using our AI models.
• To manage your account, subscription, and credit ledger.
• To notify you about changes to our Services or provide customer support.
• To improve our computer vision and generative AI models (only using anonymized data where legally permissible and, specifically for images and Avatar Data, only where you have given separate opt-in consent).

4. AI Processing & Image Storage

Due to the nature of our platform, image processing is a core component. When you upload photos:

• Images are securely processed using our third-party AI partners (such as Replicate, Fal.ai, or Gemini) specifically to remove backgrounds, tag attributes, or generate virtual try-on composites.
• We do not sell your personal images or Avatar Data to third-party data brokers.
• You can delete items from your digital wardrobe at any time, which will remove the associated images from our active storage.

5. Sensitive Data: Facial Recognition & Avatar Data

Our avatar and virtual try-on features process facial images to generate a digital likeness of you ("Avatar Data"). In many jurisdictions, facial or biometric data is treated as sensitive personal data requiring a higher standard of protection. We therefore:

• Collect Avatar Data only with your explicit, opt-in consent, obtained separately from general account sign-up.
• Process and store Avatar Data securely using encrypted storage and processing partners bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Do not use Avatar Data for facial recognition of third parties, surveillance, or any purpose beyond generating your personal avatar, without further explicit consent.
• Allow you to withdraw consent and permanently delete your Avatar Data at any time via your account settings, resulting in deletion from active systems within 30 days.

6. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. We use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, including encrypted databases and secure APIs. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent - including consent for AI model training or Avatar Data processing - at any time.
